Effect: You gain 3 Comet tokens. Each Comet token lasts until the end of the encounter or they are all gone. You gain a +1 bonus to damage rolls for each Comet token you have. Whenever you are hit or missed by an attack, you lose a Comet token. While this power is running, you gain access to the Cometfall and Deep Tides powers. When you have no Comet tokens remaining, this power ends.
Cometfall – Minor Action (once per round) – Ranged 10 – 1 creature – Cold
Effect: Lose a Comet token, and make the following attack:
Attack: Your level +3 vs. Reflex
Hit: 6 cold damage.
Deep Tides – Move Action – Personal
Effect: Gain a Comet token.
